  Per Diem, Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available!

• Providing hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, and a ssisting with meal preparation, feeding and hydration.
• Monitoring basic health status and reporting changes to the Community Director.
• Offering companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to the residents, and l eading or assisting with engaging activities and social interactions.
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, comfortable home.
• Safely assisting with resident transfers and mobility as needed.
• Supporting a safe, nurturing environment that meets residents’ physical and emotional needs.

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required
• Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and support up to 75 lbs for resident transfers and mobility assistance
