Position OverviewThe Full-Time Initiative Team Representative will maintain our products in grocery stores and supermarkets throughout Northern New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. The role requires daily travel to the listed areas:
New City, NY
, Hillsdale, NJ
, and West Milford, CT
. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and willingness to travel these locations.
Salary: $35,000 per year.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a one‑hour unpaid lunch (35 hours per week).

- Assist in remodeling facilities by dismantling fixtures and displays and stocking merchandise.
- Set up product displays.
- Perform and update fixture signing.
- Clean departments that have been remodeled.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own reliable car.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
