Worldwide Tech Services is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting of desktops and laptops and to support Desk Side applications and infrastructure at client sites. You will interact directly with clients to address technical issues and respond promptly.
You will provide customer support for designated equipment, handle service calls within SLA, and maintain accurate reports and documentation while following safety and policy guidelines.
