Job DescriptionDynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Product Launch Technician to join our growing team. The Launch Technician will play an essential role assisting Dynamic in the startup and redesign of various manufacturing lines. The ideal Launch Technician will have a strong understanding of information flow and product flow within a manufacturing environment. In addition to having a problem‑solving, go‑getter personality, the ideal candidate must be innovative, strategic, driven to success and have a do‑what‑it‑takes attitude to be the best in the industry!

- Experience with various fabrication techniques and materials commonly found in an automotive manufacturing environment (cutting, drilling, and fastening materials such as steel, extruded aluminum, and plastics)
- Capable of independently fabricating various assembly and material handling technologies specific to function and application as required by the launch team.
- Ability to manage the stock and supply of essential building materials and tools that are required to complete essential job functions.
- Understand the impact of tooling, molding, paint and assembly constraints on production feasibility.
- Strong communication skills to operate as part of a cross‑functional team that can bring station and assembly line designs to the production environment.
- Ability to manage and work on multiple small‑scale projects as part of a larger, long‑term company project, while understanding the order in which tasks should be completed.
- Support Management on new initiatives and projects and take on multiple short‑term tasks to meet the expectations of others in the organization.
- Provides technical‑design support for development and supports the project through all phases such as introduction, planning, implementation, refinement, and completion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment as part of the production or operations team (automotive preferred)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment as part of maintenance or fabrication team (automotive is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering and operations stakeholders.
- Accepts direction and assumes responsibility.
- Sets priorities in front of multiple requests.
- Offers insight to management on the project at task.
- Has positive outlook and is willing to assume new assignments and additional duties.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and implement continuous improvement methodologies into everyday work.
- This position is active and requires talking, hearing, repetitive motion, and close visual acuity.
- Active work involves dexterity, bending, reaching, standing, and walking.
- The position also requires the ability occasionally to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

This includes Torque Converters, Transmissions (Automatic, Manual, Hybrid models) and Transfer Case Assemblies. Our organization started with a single retail facility and a dream.
