Lawrence's Fish & Shrimp is excited to announce a fantastic job opportunity for a dedicated and energetic individual looking to join our team as a Restaurant Crew Member in Hillside, IL. This position offers the chance to be a part of a vibrant and friendly team, dedicated to providing outstanding food and service in a fast casual dining environment.

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
• Operate cash registers and handle various types of payments
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in food preparation and packaging
• Comply with all food safety regulations and restaurant policies
• Participate in inventory control and restocking of supplies
• Help in setting up and closing procedures of the restaurant

• Reliable, positive attitude and demonstrates honesty and integrity
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
• Respectful to both colleagues and customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Adaptable and willing to fill multiple roles within the restaurant
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting

• Experience in fast food or fried food environments is preferred
• Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
• Previous customer service experience in a similar role
• Must have reliable transportation
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years or older

Starting wage: $15.00 per hour
