Downers Grove, IL. Base pay range: $39,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Door Pro America is a leading provider of residential garage doors. As a Garage Door Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining garage doors and related components.

You may work independently or as part of a team to install new garage doors, including hardware, tracks, springs, and other necessary components. You will diagnose and repair issues with existing garage doors, such as broken springs, malfunctioning openers, or damaged panels. You will also provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that installations are completed to the customer's satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Install new garage doors, including hardware, tracks, springs, and other components.
• Diagnose and repair issues with existing garage doors (e.g., broken springs, malfunctioning openers, damaged panels).
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure installations meet customer satisfaction; address questions or concerns.

• Proven experience as a Garage Door Installer or similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of garage door systems, including hardware, tracks, springs, and openers.
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
