Are you an Educational Leader or experienced Room Leader ready to take the next step into centre leadership?
Our Assistant Centre Manager in Training (ACMIT) role is a paid leadership pathway designed to support educators with strong foundations who want to grow into an Assistant Centre Manager role with structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience.
The opportunity- Paid leadership position while completing the ACMIT program
- Structured training with dedicated non-contact time
- Weekly coaching and leadership development
- Hands-on involvement across rooms and centre operations
- Opportunity to step into centre leadership during leave periods
- Clear transition to Assistant Centre Manager upon successful completion
- An Educational Leader, or
- An experienced Room Leader (minimum 2 years) ready for leadership
- Diploma qualified (ACECQA approved)
- Confident mentoring, supporting and guiding teams
- Knowledgeable in NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
- Strong leadership support and mentoring
