Are you an Educational Leader or experienced Room Leader ready to take the next step into centre leadership?

Our Assistant Centre Manager in Training (ACMIT) role is a paid leadership pathway designed to support educators with strong foundations who want to grow into an Assistant Centre Manager role with structured training, mentoring and hands-on experience.

The opportunity
  • Paid leadership position while completing the ACMIT program
  • Structured training with dedicated non-contact time
  • Weekly coaching and leadership development
  • Hands-on involvement across rooms and centre operations
  • Opportunity to step into centre leadership during leave periods
  • Clear transition to Assistant Centre Manager upon successful completion
This role is ideal if you are...
  • An Educational Leader, or
  • An experienced Room Leader (minimum 2 years) ready for leadership
  • Diploma qualified (ACECQA approved)
  • Confident mentoring, supporting and guiding teams
  • Knowledgeable in NQS, EYLF and National Regulations
