Stratas Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Hillside, New Jersey plant. In this role, you will lead and sustain the Continuous Improvement plan, collaborating with various departments to enhance Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Morale.
Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, leading productivity initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement efforts are integrated into daily operations. This position requires strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and you’ll play a key role in driving measurable improvements within the plant.
