Skyframe is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Labor and Woodworking specialist in Hillside, NJ. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our picture framing operation, where craftsmanship meets creativity every day. Cut, shape, and assemble wooden picture frames according to specifications

Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently

Measure and miter frame components with precision and accuracy

Sand, finish, and prepare frames for final assembly or painting

Assist with general warehouse and production floor duties as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Inspect finished products for quality control and craftsmanship standards

Prior experience in woodworking, carpentry, or a related trade preferred

Ability to safely operate power tools, saws, and woodworking equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately
