Entry Level Laborer
Position for a Marine Terminal company in our Heavy Lift/Salvage Division. We will provide on-the-job training in heavy lift/salvage and all required safety training. Our main port is located in Port Newark, NJ and majority of our operations is Tristate area; however, this position does require travel across the United States and even international. No experience is needed but any background in Marine operations is a plus as well as Operator or Mechanical background.
Job Description:
- Perform general labor duties - lift up to 50 lbs
- Use hand and power tools.
- Responsible for keeping a clean and safe work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working overtime when needed
- Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work outside under extreme temperature conditions. (Heat, cold, snow etc.)
