Reach Truck / Forklift Operator

Location:

Hillside, NJ
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck / Forklift Operator to join a busy moving and warehouse operation in Hillside, NJ. This position will be responsible for safely operating reach trucks and other material-handling equipment while assisting with general warehouse and moving duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck and forklift
• Load, unload, move, and stage furniture, equipment, and other materials
• Move products throughout the warehouse and storage areas
• Pick and place materials in designated locations
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Inspect equipment before use and report any issues
• Assist with general warehouse and moving duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous reach truck or forklift experience required
• Comfortable working in a moving and warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $18.00/hour

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
