Family Nurse Practitioner

Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care in our rural community clinics. The FNP will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. In our patient-centered, team-based environment, you’ll use evidence-based practice, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, and leverage modern diagnostics and EHR tools.

• Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care for patients across the lifespan in a family practice/urgent care setting
• Conduct histories, physical exams, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and labs
• Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, including minor procedures as credentialed
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, treatment plans, and health maintenance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Document all encounters accurately and timely within the EHR system
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and best-practice initiatives
• Uphold Fast Pace Health’s culture of compassion, community support, and clinical excellence

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification (ANCC or AANP)
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in practicing state
• Current DEA registration for prescriptive authority
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Eligibility for credentialing with major payers and health systems
