Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise and mentor Trust Accounting staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development
• Ensure trust fund activities comply with applicable reporting, disclosure, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review reports for regulatory and governmental agencies
• Oversee weekly payroll processing functions related to trust funds
• Monitor accounting processes and internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting, finance, or operational management experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls
