Makena Golf and Beach Club, located on Maui, HI, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Sales Team.
The Sales Assistant is a professional who provides support and assistance to the sales team and helps create the Discovery Land Company experience for members and employees.
Office Operations & Organization- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Ensure common areas, including the Design Room, are tidy and presentable.
- Keep the Design Room and office refrigerators fully stocked and organized.
- Manage office supply inventory (office supplies) and coordinate restocking when needed.
- Maintain organized storage areas for supplies, materials, and marketing collateral.
- Clean and coordinate maintenance of golf carts used for Sales team transportation.
- Ensure sales vehicles (Raptor and Tahoe) are clean, fueled, and presentable.
- Track and coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, registration, and insurance renewals for Sales team if needed, or work with Verne Merrill directly regarding.
- Manage swag inventory, including organization, storage, and coordination with Marketing for swag orders.
- Assist with assembling, set up, packing, and delivering and/or shipping closing gifts (developer sales and resales).
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and presentation supplies, and coordinate re-orders with Marketing.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to Rob and Travis, including preparing for property tours and meetings.
- Prepare hard copy materials packages and logistics with Operations for sales tours
- Support Marketing as needed on brand and resale production projects
- Assist with client events, broker open houses, and sales events including ordering décor, food & beverage, and reservations.
- Update weekly Sales Meeting notes.
- Create and manage TEI member accounts. (Working on transferring this to the accounting team).
- Ensure the Oracle system is kept up to date with accurate information. (Inventory, Contacts, Leads, etc.)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the club.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry for sales, marketing, and contract teams, including Egnyte file organization.
- $25-28.00 Per Hour
