Shift Work: Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Salary: $3,333 to $4,221 per month (SR-09, Step C to I).

Perform a variety of clerical work involving the preparation of reports and the maintenance of records; assist in operating a radio‑telephone communication system in receiving and transmitting messages; and perform other related duties as assigned.

• Legal Authorization to Work: The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the state government to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
• Education Requirement: Graduation from high school, or equivalent.
• General Experience Requirement: Two years of progressively responsible general clerical work experience involving a variety of clerical tasks, demonstrating knowledge of English grammar and spelling, common office machines and equipment, and the ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and to carry out clerical procedures.
