Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework.

This role supports the daily operations of Print Services by providing friendly, efficient, and reliable customer service. This position serves as one of the first points of contact for customers, assisting with print orders, questions, and general support in person, over the phone, and through email. The role also ensures print jobs are accurately scheduled, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.

This position requires someone who is efficient and dependable in their work, with strong attention to detail and the ability to support both customers and the production team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide front desk customer service by assisting clients with print orders, questions, and updates through in‑person, email, and phone communication.
  • Schedule and track print jobs using Docket Manager to ensure accurate processing and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with the production team to help prioritize jobs and meet deadlines.
  • Review incoming print requests and files to ensure all necessary information and materials are complete and accurate.
  • Monitor order pickups by following up with customers on pending items, sending reminders, and recording completed pickups.
  • Help customers identify their needs and recommend Print Services solutions when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Experience in front desk, office support, or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with Docket Manager or similar job tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable using digital file storage systems such as Box.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Base Rate Per Hour:
16.00
