Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Relations / Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our clientele within the IT Infrastructure sector.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction levels and strategize ways to enhance overall customer experience.

Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the IT Infrastructure industry to expand the firm's client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the firm's services and value proposition.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Continuously explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate client requirements, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports outlining sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum proven experience of 2 years in customer relations, business development, or sales within the IT industry or recruitment sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure terminology, trends, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
