Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides senior leadership and strategic oversight for accounting, investing, and financial activities of the program.
- Formulate comprehensive financial policies and serve as the final technical authority for validating complex financial reports.
- Authorize the implementation of strategic financial plans to ensure long-term program sustainability and regulatory compliance.
- Manages the enterprise-level financial architecture for the ILS2 program and ensures the synchronization of budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Approve financial risk assessments and coordinate with mission partners to optimize resource allocation in contested environments.
- Lead the analysis of theater-wide financial trends to refine program-wide fiscal posture and audit readiness.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field
- 12+ years of position relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience as a Senior Financial Officer for large-scale DOD sustainment contracts.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
