Position
Sales construction/Project Manager
Compensation$50,000/year with commissions (Base may be higher, dependant on sales)

- Meet on site and provide customized estimates for customers
- Design and plan installations for projects including calculating material lists, drawings, and coordinate with customers and other contractors
- Organize and control project documents including quotes, contracts, purchase orders, etc.
- Coordinate construction with field crew and shop supervisor
- Monitor and report job costs
- Previous experience and/or college degree in the field of construction or sales
- Must have some knowledge in the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be highly proficient with MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Work well under minimal supervision and work well with a team
- Resourceful, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
- Customer Service Oriented
- Attention to detail
- Design/Drafting/CAD (AutoCAD Lite) experience is a plus
