Interested in joining the Road and Highway Builders (RHB) team as a Construction Laborer?

While we may not be actively hiring for this position currently, we are always on the lookout for qualified individuals to join our team. We partner with local unions to provide employee training programs and a qualified workforce to RHB. • Position Description
• Lifts, carries, and holds building materials, tools, and supplies.
• Digs, spreads, and levels dirt and gravel, using pick, rake, and shovel.
• Moves and transfers from job to job as projects progress and work is available.
• Works with other workers in a cooperative manner.
• Cleans work areas, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
• Performs general labor duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in construction laborer type work.
• Transportation to work.
• Ability to carry 70 lbs. or more.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Willing to perform general laborer duties (e.g., sweep, clean up job site, run errands, use hammer and saw, dig trenches, etc.).
• Flexible availability to include overtime and weekends.
