Construction Project Manager

We’re growing and looking for our next Project Manager!

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Hilo, Hawaii.

• Take ownership of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project budgets, schedules, costs, and overall profitability
• Coordinate closely with the GC, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Lead project and client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Monitor project quality, safety, schedule, and financial performance
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, warranties, and final documentation

• 3–5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgets, contracts, change orders, and project costs
• Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, blueprints, and building codes
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout Hawaii

• $100K–$125K salary + bonus potential

This position is based throughout the State of Hawaii and may require frequent travel to various project sites across the islands.
