Front Desk Concierge Mandara Spa

The Concierge is responsible for participating and monitoring front of house to ensure that all guests are met and welcomed, and that a comprehensive range of “information” and “homecare services” are offered. Paying special attention to front line guest service excellence standards.

Experience:

at least 1 year answering phones in a customer‑oriented environment.

• Preferred experience working with a Point of Sale system (e.g., Book4
  
  Time) and answering phones in a customer‑service facing environment; retail a plus.
• Computer literate with good typing, keyboard, and Windows skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as phone, fax, copier, and printer.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self‑motivated, professional appearance, team player, responsible, dependable.
• Excellent client care, service excellence, listening, verbal, phone etiquette, flexible, cooperative.
• High personal standards and values.
• Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.

Starting base hourly rate of $16.00 increased annually based on tenure. Incentive compensation programs yielding an average of $2.49 per hour (based on the past year for individuals in this role). Individual performance varies and could exceed location average.
