About the RoleWe’re looking for curious and excited Member Support Associates to help keep our customers happy. You will provide top‑notch customer service over the phone, email, and chat, ensuring accurate and timely support. No prior healthcare or finance experience is required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Responsibilities- Work a full 8‑hour shift (10:30 AM–7 PM MT, Monday – Friday).
- Maintain wired (DSL/Cable) internet connectivity with sufficient speed.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat during business hours.
- Deliver accurate, timely information to resolve customer questions.
- Simplify and solve complex tasks related to all Lively products.
- Generate bug reports and manage data reconciliation tasks in Jira.
- Adaptable and flexible, especially during high‑volume periods such as Open Enrollment and tax season.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks across diverse systems.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service, demonstrating empathy and enthusiasm.
- Calm under pressure, able to stay composed in heated situations.
- Team player with a good sense of humor and a down‑to‑earth personality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Base salary: $22,000 – $28,000 USD per year (dependent on location and experience).
