• Communicate with preview tour customers via telephone before their scheduled arrival and tour date.
• Offer Concierge‑style services to guests staying with us on a promotional vacation package.
• Provide detailed information about property amenities.
• Engage customers in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Identify special customer needs and arrange to fulfill those needs upon arrival.
• Address customers' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Communicate by phone and/or in person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
