• $700,000 - $800,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + director stipend + $25,000 relocation assistance + $50,000 for student loan repayment
• Community Practice:
  Well blended mix of Hematology and Oncology
• Average 10-14 patients per day
• 4-6 hours per week for directorship responsibilities
• No call requirement
• Full dedicated APP support for inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Full Benefit Package including 38 days off annually (20 PTO, 5 CME, 13 Holidays) as well as a 401k with a 4% match
