Lecturer applicant pool for Academic Year 2025 - 2026. Positions are part-time, temporary, non-tenure, and contingent upon course offerings, sufficient student enrollment, position clearance and availability of funding. Must be available to teach courses during the day, evening, weekend, and/or via distance learning, as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Teach PHIL 100 Intro to Philosophy

2. Teach other courses in Philosophy as needed

Minimum Qualifications

1. MA in Philosophy

2. Experience teaching Introduction to Philosophy

3. Experience teaching in multiple philosophical traditions from around the world

Desirable Qualifications

1. PhD in Philosophy

1. Experience teaching both online and in person

2. Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness
