Part‑time, temporary (non‑tenure). Available for academic year. Requires availability to teach day, evening, weekend, or distance learning courses as needed.
Salary:
Applicable minimum for the Academic Year.
- Teach assigned courses in the appropriate discipline.
- AGBU 320:
Agribusiness Management - Other related courses as needed (lecture and/or lab)
- AGBU 320:
- Prepare course schedule, syllabus, and reports related to teaching and student progress.
- Work under the supervision of the discipline chairperson.
- Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
- Possible evening, weekend, and off-campus assignments, including distance-learning assignments for courses taught via the Internet.
- Other related tasks and/or duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics.
- Experience teaching college students in the subject matter.
- Ph.D. in the appropriate field.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population.
