Other Conditions:
Position contingent on course offerings, adequate enrollment, and funding clearance. Must be available to teach during day, evening, weekend, or via distance learning as scheduled.
- Teach courses in Gender and Women’s Studies and related areas, such as WS 151 Introduction to Gender and Women’s Studies or WS 301 Women in Science.
- MA in Philosophy or Gender and Women’s Studies, or related fields such as Indigenous Political Science, Communication, American Studies, Sociology, or Political Science.
- Experience teaching in interdisciplinary fields and multiple philosophical and cultural traditions from around the world.
- PhD in Philosophy or Gender and Women’s Studies, or related fields as above.
- Experience teaching both online and in person (multiple modalities).
- Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness.
