Other ConditionsAssignments as needed, contingent on availability of funds and staffing. Must attend meetings and trainings on short notice and teach courses in person as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct lecture and, as appropriate, laboratory courses in the discipline.
- May include instructional assignments involving distance education.
- Maintain at least one office hour per week for each class taught.
- Possible evening, weekend, and off‑campus assignments.
- Conduct student evaluations of teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in assessment of course learning outcomes.
- Adhere to all due dates, including online submission of grades.
- Master's in Fine Arts in Studio Art with specialization in new media art or related discipline and 1 year of industry experience.
- Or any Master's degree with coursework in new media art or related discipline and 3 years of industry experience.
- Or any Bachelor's degree with coursework in new media art or related discipline and 5 years of industry experience.
- Or any Associate's degree with coursework in new media art or related discipline and 7 years of industry experience.
- Willingness to work with Running Start and Early College programs and pass required additional screening.
- Demonstrated commitment and/or experience supporting student success.
