Salary InformationMinimum $1,978.00 per credit
Other Conditions- Part-time, non-tenure track, for placement in Spring, Summer and/or Fall lecturer pool.
- Assignments as needed, contingent on availability of funds and actual staffing requirements.
- Must be able to attend meetings and trainings on short notice as well as teach courses in person, as necessary.
- Possible evening, weekend and off-campus assignments.
- Under general supervision, conduct lecture and, as appropriate, laboratory courses in the discipline.
- May include instructional assignment involving distance education.
- Maintain at least one office hour per week for each class taught.
- Conduct student evaluations of teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in assessment of course learning outcomes.
- Adhere to all due dates, including the online submission of grades.
- Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance, Counseling Psychology, College Student Personnel Services, Human Resources (including CTHAR and Personnel), Communications or related field.
- or Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus 3 years of related work experience.
- Related fields include Education, Family Resources, Human Development, Psychology, Public Health, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, and Student Services Personnel.
- Willingness to work with Running Start and Early College programs and pass required additional screening.
- Demonstrated commitment and/or experience supporting the success of students.
