Always Dream is seeking a Book Coach to oversee the Always Reading program in partner classrooms and families across Hawaii. You will manage roughly 22–24 classrooms, ensuring families on your caseload have access to eBooks and participate through the school year, with some on‑site support as needed.
The role requires an Associate’s degree and four years in early education or related fields, plus experience with families in under‑resourced populations.
