The Hawaii State Department of Education is seeking qualified teachers for Hawaiian Immersion, Algebra 1, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Statistics. A Bachelor's Degree is the minimum requirement for applicants who are not in designated CTE positions.
If hired without completing a Teacher's Education Program, you have up to 3 years to obtain a valid Hawaii teaching license, enrolling in a HTSB-aligned program and demonstrating progress each year.
