California Water Service Group in Waikoloa, HI seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Hawai'i Water Service's engineering functions. You will oversee capital planning, budgeting, project delivery, SCADA, and regulatory interactions, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
You will manage staff, drive $20M+ annual capital investments, and coordinate with internal teams and state agencies to ensure on-time, on-budget results. A PE license and 7+ years in engineering management are preferred.
