Job Description:

This position reports directly to the CFO. Under minimal supervision, the employee in this position works with the CFO on major economic and operational activities, plans and implements policies and procedures, maximizes return on investments, and protects company assets.

• Establish and recommend major economic goals and policies, and advise on operational adjustments due to tax code revisions.
• Manage and update cash flow spreadsheets and bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and validity.
• Approve/process wire/ACH payments, intercompany transfers, and support balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist the CFO in preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and supervising the Accounting Department.
• Provide technical support and handle special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field needed
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Knowledge of current GAAP policies and procedures
• Minimum of six years of related work experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory capacity
