Investment Manager

Job Description

Bishop & Co. is seeking an on-site Investment Manager for our Honolulu-based client. This is an on-site role in downtown Honolulu open to current or prior Hawaii state residents.

• Investment Portfolio Management
  • Manage Bank investment and BOLI portfolios.
  • Coordinate with asset/liability management to maximize financial results.
  • Recommend and implement investment strategies.
• Asset Pricing
  • Lead loan and asset pricing, including developing and maintaining pricing models.
  • Act as the primary Treasury contact for the customer swap program.
• Capital Planning
  • Execute capital activities in line with the Bank’s Capital Plan.
  • Evaluate strategies for dividends, stock repurchases, and other capital activities.
• Leadership & Teamwork
  • Support the Treasury team and collaborate across departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in investment management or similar financial management.
• 4+ years in a managerial role.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

$95,000-$129,000 annual salary commensurate with experience. May consider higher based on experience.
