Location: Kauai and Maui

Salary: $48,000 - $52,200 per year

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Conduct comprehensive, needs-based financial consulting conversations to deliver tailored planning solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by cross-functional positioning of banking products, services, and specialized wealth or mortgage experts.
• Manage, retain, and expand an assigned personal banking client portfolio to meet performance goals.
• Collaborate closely with business banking, private banking, and mortgage teams to maximize client value.
• Support daily branch operations and team workflow requirements as necessary.

• Background in frontline banking, financial services relationship management, or retail/business banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, and cash flow analysis.
• Current State of Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License and a valid Driver’s License for occasional travel.
• Ability to complete comprehensive retail lending, deposit, and branch operations training within 12 months.
• Must obtain and maintain federal Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration within 6–12 months.
