Job OverviewIndependently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements- Legal Authorization to Work:
Citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. - Basic
Education:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. - Specialized
Experience:
1-1/2 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management, including acquisition or sale of real property, property evaluation, preparation and solicitation of bids, establishment of rental rates, selection of tenants, and protection and maintenance of property. Must have included experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management. - Substitutions Allowed:
Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements will apply. - Driver's License:
Must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. - Federal Criminal History Records Check:
For positions requiring unescorted access to secured areas at the airport, a fingerprint‑based criminal history record check must be passed. No convictions of disqualifying offenses within 10 years. Cost responsibility of applicant.
