Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist with 2+ years of experience and a Hawaii radiologic technologist license for a varied shifts assignment.

• Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department
• Varied day and evening shifts with an average of 3 days of call per month
• Uses equipment including Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR
• Experience with Meditech EMR and Epic EMR is preferred
• Candidates must be able to function independently without supervision
• All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours prior to assignment start and should plan to arrive the Friday before a Monday start for clearance
• No guarantee of specific hours or approved time off
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required
• Experience with the listed imaging equipment is preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a radiologic technologist
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer required by start date; license required if applicable
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment
• Must have a dosimeter badge
