Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with at least 2 years of experience and a valid Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license for a varied shift assignment.
Responsibilities- Work in a diagnostic imaging setting covering X-ray and related radiologic procedures
- Varied day and evening shifts with 12-hour rotations
- On-call requirement averages 3 days per month
- Uses Meditech or Epic EMR and equipment including Philips DR, Philips C-arm, OEC C-arm, and Konica DR
- Must operate radiographic equipment independently and ensure radiation safety protocols are observed
- All travelers must report to Employee Health 48-72 hours before the assignment starts
- Candidates must arrive in Hawaii the Friday before a Monday start for HR and Employee Health clearance
- Must be able to function independently without supervision
- Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arm, OEC C-arm, and Konica DR is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a radiologic technologist
- Active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by assignment start date (license required if applicable)
- Current ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Proficiency in radiography equipment and radiation safety protocols
- Experience with Meditech and Epic EMR preferred
- Must have a dosimeter badge
