HI-Imaging X-Ray Tech Varied (3/30)

City/State: Hilo, Hawaii

Shift: Varied - average of 3 days of call per month. No guarantee of hours.

Job Description:

An Imaging X-Ray Tech role that requires the candidate to apply for a Hawaii license if not currently possessed and to obtain one by the start of the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate radiographic equipment proficiently and independently.
• Ensure adherence to radiation safety and protocols.
• Wear a dosimeter badge at all times.
• Participate in various shifts, including potential on-call duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years as a radiologic technologist.
• State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.
• Current ARRT certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with Meditech and Epic EMR, Philips and Konica DR, Philips and OEC C-arms preferred.
