Job Description:

This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience. Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. The candidate will evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients, plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist, and provide consulting physical therapist services. Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings:
Acute, rehab hospital, SNF
BLS certification
