Job Description:

To evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients either as Outpatient or Inpatient. Plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the ordering physician. Regularly update treatment plan, home exercise program, independently manage a full caseload, knowledgeable about when to perform re-evaluations based on insurance authorization. Must be able to work Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.
Responsibilities:
Coverage in Rehab and Acute Rehab
Independently manage a full caseload
Regularly update treatment and home exercise programs
Requirements:
Hawaii License required by start of assignment
BLS from American Red Cross
Minimum 2 years' work experience in Outpatient and Acute settings working with adults
