About the Position
Our client is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Rotational/Flexible shift position in Hilo, Hawaii. This Therapy role is based in the Physical Therapist and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.

Position Requirements
Active Hawaii license and/or Compact license
Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Physical Therapist experience
2 current clinical references
Documentation Requirements
Current resume
Physical exam (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
