• Independently perform radiation therapy treatments, simulations, and treatment planning under physician prescriptions.
• Fabricate and adjust specialized treatment aides as required; manage setup for all treatment sites within a comprehensive cancer program.
• Proficient with Varian True Beam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR; able to treat 25-30 patients per day.
• Implement treatment modalities including 3D, IMRT, SBRT, and electrons; collaborate across the treatment team to cover all clinical sites.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the life span; assess patient data and interpret information to meet age-specific needs.

• Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as Radiation Therapist; active by start of assignment.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy (T) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible imaging technologist/specialist experience.
• Proficiency with Varian True Beam linear accelerator and ARIA EMR.
• Ability to treat 25-30 patients per day and work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
