General
Job Duties and Types of Procedures
Required:
- Radiopharmaceutical prep.
- Camera Q.C.
- General nuclear medicine imaging.
- EKG prep and monitoring for cardiac exams.
- Receiving and documenting radioactive shipments.
- NRC required daily and weekly Q.C.
Equipment Utilized in the Unit/Department:
- SIEMENS Dual Headed ECAM With ESOFT Processing
- CAPTUS 3000
- NMIS
- GE MAC 5000
Required Skills and Minimum Years of
Experience:
3 years.
Specific Licensures and Certifications/Registrations
Required:
ARRT OR CNMT IN Nuclear Medicine, BLS
- Must be AHA.
Shift or Schedule Requirements:
Day shift, 8-hour shifts - scheduled 40 hours weekly following first week of orientation.
Floating to Other Units/Departments:
Floating based on competency and licensure.
Dress Code:
Scrubs, street clothes, and lab coat.
Additional Information:
Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
