Physical Therapist

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. Responsibilities vary based on discipline, licensure, and scope of practice. Employees are expected to perform only those duties permitted under applicable state law and professional practice standards. General job duties:

• Provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Intermediate Care Facility (ICF)
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, treatments, and other clinical services consistent with licensure, discipline, and scope of practice.
• Develop, implement, or carry out individualized treatment plans.
