hi- rehab pt - acute / inpatient
this position is for a candidate with primary acute inpatient experience primary coverage in acute rehab and secondary icf/snf rehab. To evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients; plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist and provide consulting physical therapist services. Must be available to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.
