Requirements:
Active state license required before start date Minimum 6 months experience in acute inpatient settings, rehabilitation hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Meditech
Roles & Responsibilities:
Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned patients to develop and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by the attending physician or consulting specialists. Provide consulting physical therapist services within the inpatient care environment. Attend to assigned patients and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize rehabilitation outcomes. Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hospital operations.
Compliance / Notes:
Must arrive the Thursday before start date for an employee health appointment on Friday.
