Job Description:

This position is for a candidate with primary ACUTE Inpatient experience. Primary coverage in ACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab. To evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients; plan and implement an ongoing therapeutic physical therapy program as prescribed by the attending physician and/or consulting specialist and provide consulting physical therapist services. Must be available to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement therapeutic physical therapy programs
• Provide consulting physical therapist services

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months work experience in at least one of the following settings:
  Acute, rehab hospital, SNF
• Active State of HI license by start of assignment
• BLS certification
